What are Managed Services?

What are Co-Managed Services?

Co-Managed Services, on the other hand, are a collaborative approach where the customer retains some level of responsibility for the management and delivery of technology services because they employ internal IT staff. To help support their staff, they choose to hand off certain activities to an external IT service provider that is better suited or trained to handle functions like network management, security, backups, and more. This approach allows the company to leverage the expertise of the MSP team while maintaining some local control over their IT environment.
