PCS is a fast-paced environment that provides IT services for our clients. We act as an extension of our client’s team by providing fully managed service, CIO service, or help desk service. Our solutions vary based on the needs of our client’s organization.

As part of our team, you will work with and be exposed to numerous clients in various industries as well as a number of software applications. Our culture thrives on finding solutions and going above and beyond to help our clients with any issues they experience related to technology. We take an active role in understanding our client’s needs and making sure we work to ensure our technology supports our client’s business goals. We may be asked to do things out of the wheelhouse of a typical IT service provider or go above and beyond with issues that are not even related to the services we directly provide.

IT Consultant

Desired Skills and Experience

The major operating systems we support are Windows 8, Windows 10, Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019) and we offer support for Mac OS X/Unix/Linux so those skills are a plus.We also work with Cisco products, SonicWall, and a variety of NAS/SAN solutions. We work with a variety of backup software solutions including Veeam and ShadowProtect.

  • Candidate should feel comfortable taking live customer calls and troubleshooting/problem solving on the fly.
  • Candidate should have the ability to work with customers at their location as needed with supervision and should be able to represent PCS in a professional manner.
  • Candidate should have excellent teamwork skills and be able to work in a fast-paced, fun environment that promotes working together and learning.
  • All candidates are expected to go above and beyond in providing outstanding service to our customers.
  • Some entry-level certifications will be required to remain in good standing.
  • Project Implementation work will be assigned as necessary to encourage learning new skills and developing customer service expertise.
  • Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
