Velocity Staff to Join PCS Roster

Moorestown, New Jersey — PCS (www.helpmepcs.com), a leading IT service company, has purchased the assets of Warminster, Pennsylvania-based Velocity MSI.

Velocity’s team will also join the PCS team effective Dec. 1.

Velocity specializes in providing complete IT managed services to the small- business sector in the Greater Philadelphia Metro area.

“We are delighted with the acquisition, especially with adding new team members to PCS,” said Anthony Mongeluzo, president and CEO. “They have an excellent reputation and a highly skilled staff, which only enhances our technical skills offering and expertise.”

“We provide services for small businesses to those with thousands of employees,” Mongeluzo said. “This acquisition and its team that is joining PCS allow us to offer our first-class IT expertise at rates that small businesses can afford.”

PCS already operates in six states (New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland) and has clients internationally.

“Although we have a presence in Philadelphia, this expansion allows us to meet a growing business demand for reliable and affordable managed IT services in Greater Philadelphia,” Mongeluzo said.

Anthony Mongeluzo founded PCS in his parents’ home in 2000, at the age of 20, with no outside capital. Today, he has more than 100 employees and offers managed IT services to clients ranging from single-use companies to firms with more than 5,000 employees.
